• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

• Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with delivery (e.g., lost or damaged items), please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

Returns Policy:

 

• Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened and unused hair extensions within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return the tags must not be removed from hair extensions.

• Contact our customer service to initiate a return.

• Provide your order number and reason for the return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
